I have been using these off and on for over a year, and I can definitely feel a huge positive difference in my sleep when I use them. My oldest son, who is almost 10, has recently started using them as well, and he has been sleeping so much better and waking up more rested. I only wish you had a designated line for kids because the smallest size is still a little bit too big for him. Overall, I absolutely love this product. I recommend it to anyone who will listen!

It's good, but sometimes it comes off at night. Also depends on your conditions; for example I have polyps, deviated septum and diagnosed with chronic sinusitis, rhinitis, and sometimes I still get the nasal blocked, sometimes one nostril is open and the other partially closed, but Even if I get 10 to 30% more air is better than nothing. It's worth giving a try.

I wear the magnetic nose band and the mouth tape every night. I definitely get better sleep now. The only thing that bugs me a little bit is the itchiness of the nose band. I have to pop it off every once in a while, and just rub my nose and itch it. Not sure what could be done about that. Other than that, I'm a big fan of TERVENCE® breathing.

The refills now come in black pouches, and the backing on the tabs is completely different. The perforation is biased to each side instead of down the middle, and it's not actually perforated all the way from end to end...
